Repair Warranty & Refund Policy

At Think Fast Mobile Repair, we stand behind the quality of our work and strive to provide reliable, professional device repair services. The following policy outlines the terms of our repair warranty, service limitations, and refund guidelines.

Limited Repair Warranty

Think Fast Mobile Repair provides a limited warranty on replacement parts and workmanship for repairs performed by our technicians.

Unless otherwise stated, replacement parts installed during a repair are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturer defects or installation issues for a period communicated at the time of service.

If a replacement part fails due to a defect within the warranty period, Think Fast Mobile Repair will repair or replace the defective part at no additional cost.

The warranty applies only to the specific part that was replaced during the repair and does not extend to other components of the device.

​

Warranty service must be performed by Think Fast Mobile Repair. Repairs performed by third parties after our service may void the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

• Physical damage occurring after the repair
• Drops, cracks, or impact damage
• Liquid or moisture damage
• Exposure to excessive heat or environmental conditions
• Normal wear and tear
• Software issues unrelated to the repair
• Damage caused by third-party repairs or tampering after service

Replacement screens, in particular, are not covered for cracks or impact damage after the device has been returned to the customer.

Water Resistance Disclaimer

Many modern smartphones are manufactured with water resistance features. During most repairs, including screen, battery, and internal component replacements, the original factory seal is broken.

While we install replacement adhesive when possible, Think Fast Mobile Repair cannot guarantee restoration of the device’s original water resistance rating after a repair.

​

Customers should assume that their device is no longer water resistant after service and avoid exposure to liquids.

​

Liquid damage occurring after a repair is not covered under warranty.

Face ID, Touch ID, and Sensor Disclaimer

Certain features such as Face ID, Touch ID, True Tone, proximity sensors, and ambient light sensors rely on delicate components that may already be weakened due to prior damage or device condition.

While technicians take every precaution during repair, these components may occasionally fail due to pre-existing damage or manufacturer design limitations.

​

Think Fast Mobile Repair cannot guarantee continued operation of biometric or sensor-based features if they fail due to pre-existing damage or device condition.

Data Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before any repair service.

Think Fast Mobile Repair is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or software issues that may occur during the repair process.

Pre-Existing Damage

Devices presented for repair may contain pre-existing internal damage that is not immediately visible.

​

In some cases, additional issues may appear during or after a repair due to prior damage, previous repair attempts, or manufacturer defects.

​

Think Fast Mobile Repair is not responsible for unrelated issues that arise from pre-existing device conditions.

 

Customers will always be notified if additional problems are discovered during diagnosis before further repairs are performed.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of electronic repair services, completed repairs are generally non-refundable once the service has been successfully performed.

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• A replacement part is defective and cannot be replaced with a functioning equivalent
• A repair cannot be completed after parts have been ordered or installed
• A service error occurred and cannot be corrected through re-repair

​

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

​

In most situations involving defective parts, replacement of the defective component is the primary remedy rather than a refund.

Mobile Service Limitations

Think Fast Mobile Repair operates as a mobile repair service and may perform repairs at customer locations.

​

Environmental conditions outside of a controlled workshop environment may occasionally affect repair timelines or procedures. Our technicians reserve the right to reschedule or relocate a repair if conditions are not suitable for safe service.
