Mail in Process
Follow the instructions below to iniate the mail-in repair process. This process is the same regardless of your device type.
Step #1: Submit a Mail in Repair Request Form
Click the button to the right to submit our Mail-in Repair Request form. Here you will tell us your device type and repair requested. We need this to confirm parts availability and timeframe.
Step #2: Receive confirmation and shipping address from us
Once we confirm your devices' repair, we will email you our PO Box address.
Step #3: Mail your device to our PO box via USPS
Mail your device to the PO box via USPS and the submit your tracking information via the form to the right.
Step #4: We will diagnose the device and send invoice for the repair
Once your device is delivered to us, we will begin the repair typically within 24-48 hours. If we are unable to fix your device, we mail it back to you free of charge.
Step #5: Wait for your device to be repaired.
Once your device has been successfully repaired, we will send you and invoice. Once paid, we ship you back your device for free.
