Simple Process:
1. Email us with your device model and repair needed, we will confirm parts availability and timeframe for repair.
2. Mail your device via USPS to our PO box (PO BOX 468, MUKILTEO, WASHINGTON 98275)
3. We will determine device repairability and if we are able to repair it, we and email you a quote and repair authorization forum.
4. Fill out applicable forms and pay.
5. We will mail your device back to the return address you provided WITH TRACKING VIA USPS.
